VULTe, Polaris Bank’s digital banking platform, received an overwhelmingly positive rating from customers within days of its launch, with many describing the platform as convenient, user-friendly and secure.
A wide range of customers in their various testimonials as captured from Google Play and the App Store, gave the digital banking service a five-star rating, saying their user experience of the Polaris Bank VULT was very positive.
One user, Paul Muraina, said the integration was seamless without a physical presence in the bank for activation, while another customer, Suleman Zia Usman, praised the platform’s deep and rich content, without no failed transaction.
Yunus Hassan, in his review, noted that the VULTe app is one of the best mobile banking services.

VULTe by Polaris Bank was launched on May 18 as a customer self-service innovation that puts the bank in the hands of customers around the clock, giving them full control.
It is packed with unique features and benefits and enables customers on board to perform their banking transactions, including account opening, bill payment, intra-bank and inter-bank transfers, balance inquiry, airtime recharge and quick loans on the go.
On-board customers will also be able to access the bank’s PayDay loan called Salary Advance on mobile and web digital platforms, where eligibility will be displayed to the customer in the VULTe app.
